antique Buescher soprano sax

I'd like to learn when my Buescher soparano sax was made. It belonged to my dad, who died in 1933. It's a curved model, silver finish. Low Pitch. Serial #51635. Also, does ""Low Pitch" mean that it is not tuned to the present standards?

    low pitch means it is tuned to the modern standard. Based on the serial number, it was made in 1919
