Weltklang Markneukirchen Klingenthal soprano

Hey there. My uncle collects all sorts of saxes, and recently sent me out this vintage German soprano in pretty good condition (pads need to be replaced, but it's the usual). An internet search doesn't reveal much about it, so can anyone fill me in on what kind of horn a Weltklang Markneukirchen Klingenthal soprano sax, serial # 5798 is? Quality-wise, etc. Also, do you know of a certain kind of mouthpiece that would be more suited to this kind of horn? Thanks!
