This is a great early vintage Bob Dukoff Hollywood for tenor, serial number B716. These pieces are very rare, they were manufactured for a short time in the 40’s out of two half shells of brass before they were silver soldered together. This particular piece is in very good physical condition. The tip, rails and table are all in very pristine original condition with a tip opening of .091”. There is a small cosmetic wear spot on the inside, this wear is only cosmetic and does not in any way effect the way it plays.
This mouthpiece has an absolutely incredible easy free blowing quality to it. The sound has this great intense wide openness to it that projects very freely. The over all sound is fairly warm but it has absolutely no problems in the power or volume department.
