This is a vintage handmade Dave Guardala metal alto sax mouthpiece. While original Guardala tenor mouthpieces are rare enough, you almost never see them for alto pop up. This piece is in great shape too. It has normal finish wear as to be expected but physically the tip and rails look great and there is very little wear on the bite plate. Tip opening measures .100”.
