This is a vintage hard rubber Selmer scroll shank mouthpiece for the alto sax. It has the unusual bigger tip opening of H, something you don't see very often. It is in outstanding physical condition with just a bit of minor playing wear on the bite plate, and a perfect tip, rails, and table.
