Here is a quality vintage Selmer metal mouthpiece for the alto sax. It is a scroll shank C* and still has the original ligature and cap.

This piece is in excellent physical condition. It has no scratches and no finish wear. There are just some extremely light scuff marks on an otherwise perfect bite plate.
