This is a vintage Brilhart Personaline mouthpiece for the alto sax, serial number 104128. This piece is an L4, measuring .072". It is in great shape, with nothing more than light surface scratches to be found. There are no chips, cracks, or major wear. The bite plate looks fantastic, as does the original tip and rails. Even most of the gold lettering remains intact with very little fading.
