This is a new old stock Great Neck New York Tonalin Tenor Sax mouthpiece.  This piece has remained completely untouched for its entire life.  It has been sitting in its orginal box with the warranty card for years.  The mouthpiece is obviously still in its original 2* facing, but it doesn't have the facing number on the mouthpiece.  This is fairly rare for these mouthpieces, but not completely uncommon.
