Here is a fantastic vintage hard rubber Brilhart mouthpiece for the tenor sax, serial number 1833. This Great Neck vintage piece has been professionally opened to .100" by Paul "Doc" Tenney. His finish work is simply amazing! There is hardly a scratch anywhere on this piece, and no cracks or nicks to be found. Even the bite plate is just about perfect.
