This is a great vintage hard rubber Gregory Model A Alto sax mouthpiece serial number 1081.  The piece is in fantastic original condition.  The only wear is some light scratching.  The table, tip, and rails are all completely original, and are perfect.  The tip opening comes out at .065" which is right on for the 3A opening.  It definitely carries with it that Paul Desmond vibe that these mouthpieces are known for.
