This is a vintage hard rubber Gale Hollywood Triple Dot mouthpiece for the tenor sax. It is stamped a 4M and measures .078". The piece looks fantastic with nothing more than light wear to be found anywhere, including on the bite plate. The original tip and rails look exceptional.
