This is a fantastic playing vintage Meyer Bros New York Tenor mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is stamped an original 3M, but was refaced by Erik Greiffenhagen to .100, which puts it at more of 7 facing. He also put a metal ring around the shank. There was a hairline crack that was starting to form, but he took care of this with some epoxy, and a the ring. The piece has great response, and a big full sound throughout all registers.
