This is an old H. Selmer hard rubber mouthpiece for alto saxophone. The body of the mouthpiece is physically in sound condition. There is just a little oxidation and some wear around the beak but both of these things are purely cosmetic and will not effect the way the horn plays. The tip, table and rails are all in decent condition, it looks like the previous owner had some work in the lower rails and chamber mostly in the area just below the tip. This mouthpiece’s tip opening is right at .050”.
