This is a very old vintage hard rubber Selmer Paris bari sax mouthpiece. It is one of the early pre-Soloist mouthpieces, with “table C” stamped on the table. It measures .066” and is all original. The piece shows some scratching around the body of the piece and some minor surface scuffing on the beak, but no cracks or chips, and the original tip and rails are flawless. Has its original metal shank ring still too. This is a very fat-bodied large chamber mouthpiece.
