This is a vintage Selmer Scroll Shank mouthpiece for the Alto sax in an original F facing.  These vintage long shank alto pieces are very underrated.  They are great players, and this original F is a great example of that.  It has a sound very remeniscent of Kenny Garrett.  With the larger tip opening it can take as much as you can push as well.  A great example of a classic Selmer Long Scroll Shank mouthpiece.
