Otto Link Custom Signature tenor sax mpc original slant sig mold vs Tenney Custom Select Otto Link

I would appreciate if anyone had experience with these two pieces to describe the difference between them regarding the resulting sound. I play a new wonder Conn (1923) and I'm looking for warm, round 'vintage" tenor sound. Do Jody Jazz's HR* pieces compare with them? Thanks in advance, Ioannis

    i had a friend that played on a tenney custom select and it just sounded ok to me. i play on an original slant so i know. it played like a good modern production link but in my opinion it didnt have the focus or balls of the vintage links ive played. i dont know anything about the slant mold links he makes. i will say that the otto link rubber isnt what it used to be even when compared to 80's pieces.
