Tuning on Custom Z

Does anyone else have issues with tuning on the Yamaha Custom Z alto. I have owned the horn for a year and played two mouthpieces on it, neither of which play in tune. I believe it is the horn. Would a new neck solve this problem? What else might work?

    No saxophone plays in tune. YOU play in/out of tune. Have you made sure you can play in tune on different horns? You still might want to get the key heights check ed, though, and by a real saxophone repair man, not JimBob at Generic Music Store. Most garden variety repair guys don't do work like custom setups.
