I do. I usually use a regular cloth attached with a string. It does the job for me.

Of course. It's very important to clean the neck. I use a brush that is made for cleaning sax necks.

I clean the neck as well as the mouthpiece and the horn itself. I run a clarinet cloth swab through the neck and the mouthpiece and then I insert a rod with a lot of felt around it into the neck so it absorbs the rest of the moisture. I then run a saxophone swab through my sax and put a moisture absorber in it too (don't know what they're called). When I do this it helps so that the keys don't stick. Dark Eyes (unloved thesis)

I absolutely clean the neck (in fact when I do a multi-horn gig, because of the time I take cleaning my horns after the gig, I'm still packing up after the drummer has gone home . . . ). I use a BG clarinet swab. What I like about this particular swab is that it is a chamois and really soaks up all the moisture in the neck.
