Sax Identification

I got this sax from a friend about 4 years ago. It has a bead blasted look to it and it is silver. On the neck it says Adolphus with and on the back is a stamp with 6753. These are the only markings I can find. It's not in good shape but I would like to get it fixed up. Anyone heard of this and would it be worth it to have it overhauled or should I just invest in a new sax?
