by connsaxman_jim (2336 posts) 16 years ago Re: Sax I found... Ida Maria Grassi is an Italian made saxophone. I've only seen one horn, an alto, which was probably made sometime in the 1950's. The quality and design is similar to other Italian made horns that I have tried; which is pretty good. My guess is that your sax was made sometime in the early-mid 1950's. Reply To Post Yahoo!
