Vintage CONN question

I have a CONN sax with stars and a bow with CON USA in between and a serial #9240. What do I have? Thank you, Mike P

      I bought a 1936 Naked Lady alto, serial no. M 272413 . There is no '6' in front of the M. It does have a microtuner, and adjustable thumb rest. It plays very well, with a much bigger and richer sound than my 1957 6M Naked lady. What is the difference between an M and 6M of the same vintage?? Saxderm
