Serial Number Help and Repair Question

I just recieved a horn I purcahsed on eBay. The s/n appears to be N173055 and the engraving is a tulip type flower. Any ideas as to year or model? Also the neck has been bent out of round fairly severly (Which by the way the seller never mentioned, stated that he doesn't play sax. I don't play piano but I know if there are missing keys! Caveat Emptor I guess) Is this type repair "do-able". Thanks to any and all for the help. This is a enjoyable site!
