Good Vintage Horns on the Cheap side?

I've been playing for a while now and im looking to buy a vintage sax. I just want a sax that plays really well, but i hear vintage is the better way to go for sound quality. What are some good horns, old or new, that sounds really nice but are on the cheaper side?

Look for a Pan American (old Conn student line) or a stencil brand. I have a Silvertone tenor- made for Sears by Buescher- that plays really well and I got it for a very reasonable price.
