I think we need more clues.I'm familiar with the Buffet name, but Systema doesn't ring a bell. It's always difficult to judge the value of a horn sight unseen. You might try searching e-bay..see if you can find a horn like it for sale..or take the horn to a near by retail store..ask one of the salespeople to appraise the instrument for you..other wise, it's worth whatever ya can get for it. good luck
