Selmer Balanced Action Engraving

I have a 1937 Balanced Action Tenor (#23985) with the usual engraving plus a "Cabin At The Lake" scene in a 2"x3" oval on the bell. Did Selmer do this? How common is it? I think the horn has the original laquer though I am no expert. Thanks.Jeff Jones, Shingletown,CA
