Vintage Conn Straight Soprano

I have a vintage C G Conn Straight soprano saxophone for sale. Inscribed on the saxophone is the following: PATD Dec 8th 1914 111995 S 129749 L On the bell of the saxophone CARROL #16 is inscribed. The saxophone is in great condition, including all pads and cork and comes with original velvet lined case (has broken handle) and an extra hard travel case. The pictures of the saxophone were taken in the extra hard travel case. As of right now I have no pictures of the original velvet lined case. I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about this saxophone. I know it plays in modern tuning (i think a=440 or something). I was hoping someone could tell me what a saxophone like this is worth. I am a bassist and my uncle gave me this saxophone. I want to trade the saxophone for an upright bass or sell it to buy one. So any help on its value would be much appreciated. I have pictures and would love to send them to anyone interested/knowledgable. email me at [email protected] thank you!
