Help identifying a Conn saxaphone

I'm wondering if someone might be able to help me identify a saxophone that my wife has had for quite some time. I am a guitar player so I have very limited knowledge of wind instruments. Upon inspection I do know that it is a Conn and I believe the SN. is 12091. It also says made in Italy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
