Windermere...4 Star....question

hello...I have a Windermere sax my uncle just gave me it's silver....its in good condition it is slightly playable.....i was wondering would it be a good investment to fix it up?......I was thinking of fixing it up so I would have it to use in college.....but becuase it is a stencil sax i wasn't sure what is ya'lls opinion......?
