Need help identifying vintage soprano sax

Greetings! I have what I believe to be a Conn stencil soprano saxophone. The company/brand is Lyon and Healy Chicago and it says "Couturier Model." The serial number is P23749, it has a low tone (L) and is made of silver with floral engraving. When I took it into the local music center the man thought it would be playable if it had its pads replaced and was cleaned a little. I have lots of pictures if they are needed. I am not very knowledgeable in this area, so any information you can offer would be greatly appreciated. -Heidi
