i need information

i recently found my great granpas saxaphone and i have been trying to find whats it is worth but i cant seem to find anything about it. I was woundering if anybody could help me figure this out? It is a 16m conn usa sax, i think the seriel # is E12512 i cant find any other numbers any were. If any body can help me please writ back. thank you
