Help Total Nub Dont know How to Play Tenor Conn 16M

Hi I Am A Total Nub I Just Got My First Sax and Its A tenorConn 16m. According to drrick.com/conn.html Its A 1916 Model and they key structure looks different in my school book. In My Book There Is One more key near the top of the instrument. So Im not quite sure how the notes will vary. I Also Had 1 Year Of Bb Clarinet. The Book Is Book 1 Bb Tenor Sax - Standard Of Excellence.
