All the Lyon and Healy brass band instruments I have seen were French imported stencils. That means someone else made them and put L & H's name on them before they were sold. I bet the saxophones were the same story. L & H is still marketing harps. www.4lyons.com If they can not answer your question as to age, your next step is to go look at a site that has pictures of many old saxophones and see if anything comes close. As to value, I think it is only a worth anything if it plays well or looks good on a wall. There is no Mk VI magic value on this one. Sorry.
