my old sax

i have an old sax which i know nothing about its only when i started to clean it up that i relised it had engraved writing of the makers and also a lovely design around the writing.... the name is COUESNON it also has Molopolf in a type of crest and just under that there is a number 48255. its all written in french its date shown is 1900. it is silver in colour and has mother of perl on the buttons.. someone please help me know more about it and also what kind price it may be. thank u so much hope to hear back soon.
