Can you help me date my Sax?

Alto Conn with shooting stars. Serial Number is 3836

    The USA engraved below Conn on the bell means that it was manufactured at the Nogales, Arizona plant.  That puts it in the 1963 - 1969 range.  The exact date of manufacture within that range doesn't matter much in terms of the quality or value of the horn.  They're OK student horns, but not worth much.

      Are you sure? I thought the Left Side low tone holes were ended way before the 60's? See pic.

        Positive.  Conn kept making them that way through the 70s.  Enjoy your horn for what it is and don't worry about what it isn't.
