Notes out of range?

Is here there is a way to over blow and hit notes out of range, higher then F#?how?

          I read from a website that if u r not statisfied with the altissimo and want to try others, then u can try putting ur lower jaw teeth on the reed and blow hard. Make sure u have friendly neighbours or don't try.
