Silver Buescher Elkhart Alto Saxaphone

Can anyone tell me if this is worth anything? It is silver with an engraved flower design on the bell, with the Buescher Elkhart Ind. engraved in the middle. Under the thumb rest is carved the serial number, 185550...True Tone, Low Pitch...PAT. DEC. 8, 1914.
