    I see no one has jumped in to help you. Jamsax, this is probably a stencil horn, and the only way to identify the possible manufacturer would be to look at the horn, and it's identifying features. If you will email some photos to me of the horn: front, back, and both sides I will help you with your inquiry. Cheers.
