      Looks like an early truetone 'C' Melody without a neck and with a makeshift thumb support.

        thanks, I did not attach the curved neck in the picture. The original thumbrest is there but the owner before me made that for himself, I am having it repaired and having the thumbrest that he made removed. Thanks alot!
