    That is a Conn 12M ARTIST commonly nicknamed "Naked Lady" or "Lady Face" Baritone. It was manufactured between 1933/34 so it may very well be one of the coveted "Transitional" Models, that is a horn that has traits from both the New Wonder Series II and the Artist model that followed. These are highly desirable baritones, however I never place a firm monetary value on a horn sight unseen.
