Need help identifying a Vintage Conn Saxaphone With Case.

My father has a saxaphone he wants to sell but we don't know too much about selling them or much about it. The saxaphone is in good condition. Mother of Pearl caps. Marked 'Conn USA' with star design. S/N 829802 The case is older as well, gray fabric covered with black leather trims. The handle is good but the closures are loose at hinges and one is not working. If someone could tell me possibly how much this sax is worth and maybe a year? Thanks so much!
