1918-1919 New Wonder Conn sax

This is an alto, low pitch sax, serial number 40768. It was played about 10 years ago for 2 or 3 years and is supposedly a great instrument. I had it checked out by a local musician and he said it is in great shape and he put some light thing down it and he said the mouthpiece is in great shape, so I am trying to figure out how much it is worth, I am thinking of selling it. I'm a single mom and my daughter is ready to step up to an intermediate flute and so she needs a new instrument. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
