sax player

I m thinking to buy one dukoff hollywood .I tryed one short shank and two longer one.Can someboby explain about these mouthpieces?!!!Thank you.

    Dukoff Hollywood - Vintage-1945

    I want to be more clear .I found in one shop one Dukoff Hollywood short shank -with short facing-and it has baffle ...this one seems to be bright -maybe this one is 7or 8 like opening .The other two has longer facing and sound is dark.Both ar 5.Whici do you recommend to buy it? Thank you so much.All of them are Vintage Dukoff Hollywood .

      Don't let someone else tell you what you should or shouldn't play. Play on whatever you find works best for you.

      At the very least, I would buy both vintage Dukoffs as investment pieces. They are very much sought after and could fetch you some good money on eBay. They're great pieces if you find one that you like. I personally use a pre-Hollywood model for straight ahead playing and love it.
