Buffet saxophone stencil?

Well I am trying to do some research for a friend. He has a sax he got when he was in Europe several years ago. The sax has a engraved “Conrad Alto Sax Series II”. Any ideas of these? He is not looking to sell it, just wanted to know more about the sax. I found some quick similar pictures of a Buffet saxophone and maybe his sax is a stencil of this, but I am unfamiliar with Buffets stencils. I can also provide some pictures. Thanks for any help
