I'm not sure it is practical. You might be able to tune one note (such as concert A=432, though that's a big leap and I'm not sure it is possible) but the sax would then not be in tune with itself. The tone holes are laid out in a way so that the instrument is in tune at A=440 (theoritically that is...) and the space between tone holes can't be adjusted obviously.
