Do you mean the G that sits on top of the staff? If so, your horn might have something out of adjustment in the octave mechanism, because the G key (ring finger, left hand) is the one where the octave mechanism switches from lower to upper. It could be that both are slightly open.
If you're talking the D above that, maybe the same thing?
Take it to a repair technician. See if she or he can diagnose mechanical problem.
