Selmer Paris changing its lineup ?

Heard a rumor that Selmer Paris was revamping its models, perhaps simplifying to a single model in each horn....  does anyone have any information about such changes?

    But keep in mind that the article is at least five years old and Selmer has since introduced yet another line of saxophones and yet another "special edition" model, so those intentions have not been acted upon for a while.  

    Selmer has recently come under control of an investment firm, so all bets are off as to how their future lineup develops.  They have lost a huge portion of their market share in recent years.
