Vintage Selmer Goldentones

Whats everyone's opinion on these mouthpieces? Hows the tone, intonation, playability, versatility? Has anyone had much luck with these? I've never seen or heard of them before and I've got a chance to get one that is white (if that helps to determine year made) for very cheap. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

They are ok - nothing terribly special. The tips tend to be more closed. The white plastic tends to crack, so you have to be careful there. They are novel in appearance, but you can get the same sound from a modern Brilhart plastic piece.
