how do professionals deal with this?

Well I have been playing in Jazz, woodwind ensemble, and the city youth symphony and this guy is in all three of them and make some really mean comments, keeps speeding people up despite what the directors say and I know the rule the director is always right, and that person is making a lot of people upset with the uneeded comments that are rather insuliting. From a professional standpoint it is not always good to comment on people. How would you recommend me dealing with this person before starting to throw moldy old reeds at em?

    Let him know what goin on. When my groups have a problm like this, we usually just dont tell him when gigs are, or we politely tell him not to come back, and why

      Get the bone player behind him to keep hitting him on the back of his head with the slide, seriously just tell him and with luck he will take it the wrong way and just go Dave
