When you rent a new sax how the heck long does take for the sax to be built in, if you know what I mean. Much help appreciated!!

I don't understand your question. What do you mean by "built in?" I suggest you go to the place you rented from, and ask for assistance. It's much easier for a person to assist with hands on the horn.

I think that when you say built in , you might mean broken in. If that horn is new, it might be stiff. If it is used, then maybe it needs adjustment. As Sax Mom has already said, you need to go back to the person who rented it to you and ask for help. Hope it works out for you :)
