silver tarnish - Get Clorox

I just used some clorox disinfecting wipes on my necklace (I was bored at work) and it really helped with the tarnish! it's worth trying on a horn or something before moving onto harsher things... something to try at least, I haven't used it on anything else yet so it's not proven.
